This recipe was developed for a little girl in my son’s gymnastics class who is not only celiac but has to stay away from yeast and sugar as well.
Each mix yields 1 loaf.
Gluten-free flour blend (contains chickpea flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, potato starch, brown rice flour, xanthan gum), gluten-free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
Per 27-gram dry mix serving (1/16 of a loaf):
