It is a simple one-bowl recipe that you can make in a large (2 lb) bread machine or in a 5" x 9" bread pan in a conventional oven.
It tastes great plain, in a sandwich, or toasted -- you'll never miss wheat bread again!
Gluten-free flour blend (chickpea flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, potato starch, xanthan gum), sugar, yeast, salt, ascorbic acid.
