We have designed these mixes to form the foundation of your gluten-free diet. From here, it is up to you to be creative in the ingredients that you add.
We have purposely left out the chocolate chips, nuts, and artificial fruit flavours typically found in most baking mixes in order for our mixes to be as accessible as possible to even the most diet-sensitive people.
You’ll notice that our mixes taste less sweet than most commercially available mixes and that is because they were developed with our children in mind. We tapered the sugar content back until the mixes were just sweet enough to mask the naturally bitter taste of the chickpeas in the gluten-free flour mix. The one exception is the Ultimate Chewy Cookie Mix which was developed as a concession to my husband’s sweet tooth.
